National Informatics Centre, Uttarakhand has developed the – “VLTS Emergency Stop Alert ” Mobile App for the State Transport department. This app provide the facilitates to the Command and Control Center to automate the SMS service to the VLTS devices that are in emergency stage and the further proceeding of the action related to emergency situation has been resolved .

Permission used by this App:

• Internet:  The app uses internet connection and gather information about device’s network availability   to fetch the data.
• Location: The app uses device location to capture the GPS coordinates of user.
• Storage: The app uses storage access for Picture Gallery.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

All user must have mobile number for login in the app and provide facilitates to stop EMG .All the data is detain in the national data server . 

 

Misuse by Non Targeted Users

Mobile App is meant for use by the public.
